![]() They provide luggage trolleys in the lobby, so you can use them to transfer all your belongings to your room (how efficient!) - There were lots of little bonuses as well - free balloon animals, free popsicles, free wolf ears, free activities like coloring and bingo. The room was large and adequate for 3 adults and 1 toddler. We also ordered an XL pizza there and it was great! - The water park was not too crowded in the mornings, and the wait times for the large slides were very short. We knew food options were limited and pricey, so we brought a lot of our own meals that could be refrigerated in the big fridge in the room, and easily microwaved as well. We enjoyed the waterpark a total of 3 times, twice on Day 1 and again on Day 2 before 11AM check-out. We also brought our own pack-and-play and mattress, so didn't have to worry about the condition of any they provide. Here are some highlights: - We arrived 9AM on Day 1, and they gave us early check-in access to our room by 12PM (no additional cost), which was perfect for our 1 year told to be able to have his afternoon nap in a quiet place. Having read some of the reviews, I was cautiously optimistic about our mini getaway there on July 4th, but I was overall very happy with the experience. Tip: Book during non peak season and look for discounts.… All in all this was a very good experience and would definitely recommend here for a nice family fun getaway. All the bathrooms were clean and have showers and changing areas for all of the family. Staff was friendly and helpful, the arcade was fun and we all got complimentary Wolf Ears. The food was also decent and the lines were a little longer than the rides were but people are always hungry so no complaints there. There was always a place to set up for our family to leave our belongings, they always had the right size life jackets for the kids and the lifeguards were always watching so it felt very safe. The slides and rides were awesome and never really had a line to wait in. It loses a star for me because the bed had to be the most uncomfortable and hard, it seemed like it was a full size and not a queen but it didn’t take away from the trip beside a minor inconvenience. ![]() The room was a decent size and the cleanliness of the room was also very good. We booked a 2 queen bed room and were on the second floor near the elevators. We were able to check in early and our room was ready on time. I will say most of the staff was fantastic! …Ĭame here with a family of 5 and another 2 families during a non peak time of year. ![]() My son had a good time but it was expensive for what is it, too crowded, not enough food options, and a dirty room. Overall, it was probably a one time experience for our family. It was cozy but sheets had visible orange stains on one bed, one of the towels in the bathroom has a brown stain on it and there was tons of hair ( not mine) on the walls of the tub and on the floor of the bathroom. It took us 2 days to complete the whole challenge and for his to become a master magi! a lot of walking!!! there’s were many kids just running all over the place unsupervised. Be prepared to pay extra for a cool topper because the paw/wolf pass only comes with a black boring topper. The water looked more clear and it made a difference being able to enjoy more space! after the water park we went to Oliver’s Cafe by the Falls and it was incredible! it’s only about a 5 minute drive and it so worth it! I ended up ordering a meal to go for dinner as well! My son is 7 and he has such a great time with the Magic Quest. When we arrived at the water park it was much more enjoyable the first couple hours post opening. We purchased the breakfast voucher which was good for us since we usually eat a larger meal in the morning and we didn’t have to drive anywhere. It was a shock! we left after an hour and decided to hang out in the room until the next day. It was soo crowded, chairs were all taken, kids running wild everywhere. We arrived late afternoon and we decided to go to the water park. water park, magic quest, magi ceremony, build a bear and the arcade. My son loved a lot of the great amenities provided by the Fitchburg location. ![]()
